    Tineke Taylor

    Village Manager

I joined Terrace View in March 2025 after relocating from Wellington, drawn by the beautiful grounds, modern facilities, and warm, family-like community. A NZ-trained Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience, I’m passionate about leading a caring environment that supports residents through every stage of their journey. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, walking my bulldog Tonka, spending time outdoors with my husband and children, and playing the flute .

    Lynette Piduhan

    Clinical Nurse Manager

I’ve been with Terrace View for nearly 12 years, starting as a Registered Nurse in 2013 before becoming Clinical Coordinator and now Clinical Nurse Manager. I love working with our kind, interesting residents and take pride in the beautiful, well-maintained environment and high standard of care we provide. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking for my family—especially our signature chicken barbecue—and was a dancer in my younger days.

  • Nicola Moses

    Reception & Administraton

I’ve been with Terrace View for 3.5 years and love being a warm, welcoming presence for our residents and their families. Building relationships, helping people feel at home, and being part of a supportive, caring community makes my role truly rewarding. Outside of work, I’m a homebody who enjoys baking, reading, and spending time with family and friends—simple pleasures that bring me joy and help me recharge.

    Reuben Ennor

    Director

I’ve been involved with Terrace View for the past nine years, managing the village on behalf of our family since my father built it in 2014. It’s a privilege to support a dedicated team and see residents enjoying our beautiful spaces in the later chapters of life. I value the strong sense of teamwork across our staff. Outside of work, I live on a lifestyle block in Christchurch with my wife and our three young children, where life is full with homeschooling, animals, and Ennor family adventures, all grounded in our Christian faith.
