  • At Terrace View, purchasing an apartment is made simple through an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA). This agreement grants you the right to occupy the Villa of your choice within our retirement village. Rather than owning the physical property, you have the security and enjoyment of living in your chosen apartment while also benefiting from the extensive services and amenities provided by Terrace View. The ORA ensures a straightforward and transparent process, allowing you to confidently plan for your future in a supportive and thriving community.

  • Prices for the apartment ORA’s start from $450,000. There are some additional costs depending on care options and extra services you chose.

  • At Terrace View, we extend care services within our apartments, catering up to resthome level care. It's important to note that while we provide comprehensive care within this range, we do not offer hospital-level care in our apartments. For those seeking a higher level of medical attention, exploring our care suites, designed to accommodate hospital-level care, might be a more suitable option.

  • Certainly, if your care requirements evolve and you require additional support, please be assured that all our residents within the facility are granted priority access to resthome and hospital beds. The associated costs of transitioning are transparently outlined in your Occupation Right Agreement (ORA). For further clarification, we encourage you to engage in a discussion with our management team. Additionally, if you feel the need, seeking legal counsel from your lawyer can provide you with comprehensive guidance. Your comfort and understanding throughout this process are our utmost priorities.
