    At Terrace View, care suites are purchased through an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA). This agreement grants you the right to occupy a care suite of your choice within our retirement village. Rather than owning the physical property, you have the security and enjoyment of living in your chosen Villa while also benefiting from the extensive services and amenities provided by Terrace View.
