$50,000 Cashback Offer – Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 This promotional offer is available to any unconditional purchaser of a brand-new villa (Villas 43/10 Carters Terrace, 43/12 Carters Terrace, 43/13 Carters Terrace, and 43/14 Carters Terrace) at Terrace View Retirement Village from 21 August 2025 to 31 January 2026.

1.2 Purchasers must meet the entry criteria for residency as set out in the Retirement Villages Act 2003 and associated regulations.

1.3 This offer is not available to existing residents of Terrace View Retirement Village, or to purchasers under a transfer, downsizing, or internal move arrangement.

2. Offer Details

2.1 The qualifying purchaser will receive a $50,000 cashback, paid in a single payment immediately upon settlement of their villa purchase.

2.2 Villas are purchased under an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA).

2.3 The cashback is not transferable prior to settlement and may not be exchanged for any alternative discount, product, or service.

2.4 The cashback cannot be applied as a reduction to any fees, charges, or upfront payments required under the Occupation Right Agreement.

3. Payment

3.1 The $50,000 cashback will be paid directly to the purchaser’s nominated bank account following confirmation of settlement.

3.2 Any tax implications arising from receipt of the cashback are the responsibility of the purchaser.

4. Limitations

4.1 Only brand-new, unsold villas in this current release are eligible for this promotion.

4.2 This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or incentive from Terrace View Retirement Village.

5. General

5.1 Terrace View Retirement Village reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time prior to a qualifying sale being completed.

5.2 In the event of any dispute, Terrace View Retirement Village’s decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.3 By participating in this promotion, the purchaser agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

5.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
