1. Eligibility

1.1 This promotional offer is available to any unconditional purchaser of a brand-new villa (villas 43/10 Carters Terrace, 43/12 Carters Terrace, 43/13 Carters Terrace, 43/14) at Terrace View Retirement Village from 21st August- 30th November  2025.

1.2 Purchasers must meet the entry criteria for residency as set out in the Retirement Villages Act 2003 and related regulations.

1.3 Offer is not available to existing residents of Terrace View Retirement Village, or to purchasers under a transfer, downsizing, or internal move arrangement.

2. Offer Details

2.1 The qualifying purchaser will receive a $10,000 House of Travel voucher upon settlement of their villa purchase.

2.2 Villas are purchased under an Occupation Right Agreement (ORA).

2.3 The voucher is fully transferable and may be gifted to a family member, friend, or other recipient of the purchaser’s choosing.

2.4 The voucher is not redeemable for cash, cannot be exchanged for a discount on the villa purchase price, and cannot be substituted for any other product or service.

3. Voucher Use

3.1 The House of Travel voucher is subject to House of Travel’s own terms and conditions and expiry dates.

3.2 Terrace View Retirement Village accepts no responsibility for the booking, use, or redemption of the voucher, including any issues with travel availability, cancellations, or changes.

3.3 Any costs above the value of the voucher are the sole responsibility of the voucher holder.

4. Limitations

4.1 Only brand-new, unsold villas in the current release are eligible for this promotion.

4.2 The offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount, or incentive from Terrace View Retirement Village.

5. General

5.1 Terrace View Retirement Village reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion at any time prior to a qualifying sale being completed.

5.2 In the event of any dispute, Terrace View Retirement Village’s decision will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

5.3 By participating in this promotion, the purchaser agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

5.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
